Mid Lancs League (U13 to senior)
Lancashire Sportshall League (U11 to U15)
Mid Lancs Cross Country League ( U13 to senior). There are also U11 races before the league races.
Bofra – fell races from May to October
Kendal Winter league – fell races every Sunday from January to early April
Fra – fell races all year
Bunny runs – short and easy fell races (but fast) every Tuesday in April
